First Aid Kits Australia

By placing an order with First Aid Kits Australia, the customer acknowledges agreement to the terms and conditions stated below and acknowledges having read and understood the important warnings. The customer further agrees that the laws of Australia shall apply to the purchase or any dispute arising there-from.

Prices:

Prices are in Australian Dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a pricing error to protect us from loss or selling below cost we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you and offer you the product at the correct or different price. Please contact us if you see a pricing error on our website. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Specifications:

We do our best to represent products correctly and accurately. However, all specifications referenced are based on each manufacturer’s representations and First Aid Kits Australia is not responsible for their accuracy or completeness. All specifications are subject to change without notice. Pictures of products and First Aid Kits are for reference only and may not be the exact picture or Branding of the current model or your purchase and specification of items may vary without notice.

Payment:

Payments shall be in the legal tender of Australia. All purchases made online are to be paid by credit/debit card and the purchaser confirms they are either the card holder or have the express permission of the card holder to use the card for the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe an order to be fraudulent or suspicious. Purchases made by personal cheque may be held up to one week to allow for the cheque to clear the bank. All fees incurred in collecting a past due account are the responsibility of the purchaser. A $20 service fee will be charged for any cheque returned by the bank.

Shipping:

Where possible we use a traceable delivery method. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. Any visible damage from transit should be reported to the carrier when the package is received – if the damage is severe the package should not be signed for. Please check your order carefully and notify First Aid Kits Australia of any issues with your order immediately so we can investigate and rectify as soon as possible. Claims reported more than 15 days after receipt may be denied.

Return Policy:

Please contact Customer Service for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise for any reason. First Aid Kits Australia is not responsible for any merchandise returned without an RMA number. Returned merchandise will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking fee. Absolutely no returns on web products, unless the item was received in a damaged condition and an RMA number is requested within 4 days of receipt of the shipment. On all other returns, an RMA must be requested within 15 days of the invoice date. Adult Signature Required on Deliveries. Due to liability reasons, First Aid Kits Australia can only accept orders from adults. When an adult is making a purchase for a minor, it is the adult’s responsibility to determine that adequate education and supervision will be provided. Proof of age may be required.

Returns must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged free of shipping labels.  All packaging and documentation (e.g., boxes, manuals, warranty cards, chargers, certificates of authenticity etc.) must be included with the item being returned.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times will vary based on order time and day, delivery location and delivery method. First Aid Kits Australia business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and in-stock items usually ship by the same/next business day. No charges are applied until a shipment has been made. International deliveries are shipped via International Cargo Express or Australia Post. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for the delivery time once we have passed your order to the carrier.
